We are looking for an experienced Digital Telesales individual who is passionate and proactive in their approach to consulting and selling. This person is customer focused; putting the needs of our clients at the forefront of everything they do and they are driven by the idea and reality of success.

The Role

This role is varied, exciting and rewarding.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to generate new business through self-generating telesales activities
  • Proactively follow up leads supplied and convert into sales
  • Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business
  • Work closely with the in-house departments to achieve sales objectives
  • Deliver revenue against targets set by the company
  • Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing best practise

What you'll know

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • At least 1-2 years working within a telesales environment, preferably in a proactive role within the Digital industry
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads
  • Ideally understanding and experience of working with CRM

Intellectual Demands

  • Minimum grade C GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
  • Ability to deal with technical product information
  • Ability to adapt procedures to a new and more effective way of working (particularly in relation to database management)

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
